Purchasing a business listing on the UK B2B Directory is quick, simple and 100% secure.

Once you've created a business listing you will be directed to PayPal where your payment is processed securely online to ensure complete peace of mind.

We do not store any record of your payment details because these are held securely within PayPal. No payment information is ever entered on our website.

Credit / Debit Card and BACS Payments

If you don't have a PayPal account we can also accept payments by Credit / Debit Card. Credit / Debit Card payments are also processed securely online by PayPal. Simply click on 'Pay with Credit / Debit Card' and once on the PayPal website, click on the 'Don't have a PayPal account' link. You will not be asked to provide your credit / debit card details over the telephone.

Finally, if you do not have a PayPal account or credit / debit card, we can also accept BACS payments directly into our bank account. Such payments will often take 3-5 working days to clear.

Cancellation Policy

UK law states that you have the right to cancel your business listing subscription within 7 working days of the day of receipt of the original payment. If for whatever reason you would like to cancel within 7 days, please contact us and we will happily remove your business listing (if applicable) and refund your payment in full.

Outside of these first seven days, you can cancel your business listing subscription by contacting us. Termination will take effect from the end of the 12 month period covered by the last payment made. A refund for any remaining subscription period will not be offered.

For instances where an advertising has cancelled their subscription and requires a listing to be removed from our website immediately, please contact us.
